- Worldwide and domestic shipping expertise - that's what is available
at Mabros Group. With access to
all major logistics agencies, you can be assured that your package
will arrive safely on time! We have a vast knowledge in arranging
international shipments. Proforma Invoice, Certificate of Origin,
Shipping Export Declarations - if there is a form you need, then we
have a form that you will get while we ship your packages around the
world.
- We believe in the mantra of "On-time delivery". The smaller quantity
or as agreed order is completed and shipped within 30-35 days to the
destination of your choice. But please, allow up to 8 to 10 weeks
for customized orders (if ANY) to be shipped. If you require the products
urgently, we can dispatch them by air transport.
- When determining the arrival day of your purchase, please count
business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your
order is processed & only AFTER the funds are authorized to process
into our Bank Account.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for the safe and timely
payment of invoice by a method acceptable to Mabros Group. Credit is not extended without prior approval.
Personal cheques must clear our bank before we can ship your order
for protection of all parties involved. Goods remain the property
of Mabros Group until paid in full.
Mabros Group reserves the right
to refuse to fulfill your order for any reason, including, but not
limited to, the unavailability of a product and product descriptions
posted on our website or in our printed literature. By placing your
order, you agree that Mabros Group's
total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited
to the purchase price actually paid to Mabros Group.
- Customer should specify preferred shipping carrier. If not specified,
Mabros Group will assign the carrier
without assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges. Merchandise,
which is not sold under a free shipping promotion is usually, shipped
freight collect. C.O.D. shipments must be paid subject to our terms
regardless of method of transportation. Mabros Group is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit.
You must make claims for damage or shortages to the delivering carrier.
- All international sales and deliveries are subject to extra shipping & handling charges, Insurance, custom duties and taxes etc. which
are the responsibility of the customer. The Shipments are NOT automatically
insured. Insurance is extra and at a cost to the customer and at the
customer's request only.
- Sales tax is not included in Mabros Group's prices and is additional where applicable unless signed certificates
of exemption are furnished and approved. All disputes or differences
whatsoever shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the
rules of arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the
award made to pursuance thereof shall be binding on both of us.
- With customer satisfaction being our number one priority, we do
all that it takes to get your package to you on time. Our orders are
double checked prior to even going out the door, to ensure where,
when and how they are being shipped.
Return Policy
At Mabros Group, all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Under some special circumstances solely at our discretion, we will accommodate your request, sent via email to
info@mabrosgroup.com. In the case of any error on our part such as a wrong item, we will take the shipping charges on us and will send you the correct item.

You can place an order through snail mail, courier, phone, fax, e-mail or by filling out the query form on our website.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by snail mail, courier, phone, fax or e-mail on receipt of your order.

Payment can be made in cash, cheque or bank draft in Indian Rupees (INR) only. All cheques / bank drafts to be drawn in favor of
