Mabros Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been sent. In the event that the payment has been processed, we shall immediately issue a credit to you and notify you of the same.
Any request for cancellation of orders placed shall not be entertained.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
Mabros Group shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all material presented on www.mabrosgroup.com (including but not limited to text, photographs or graphical images), are the property of Mabros Group, its parent, affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We, at Mabros Group, reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user is therefore advised to read carefully there terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.
Mabros Group shall not be responsible for any consequential losses or damages arising out of delay in any respect.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts at Jodhpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
The payment should be made within 30 days of presenting the invoice. An interest of 18% per annum will be charged for delayed payment.
You may be notified, via email, if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for ANY reason. If this is to happen, we will give you the best possible solutions such as voiding the order, replacing it with a similar substitutable item. In such a case and for ANY reason, if the order is cancelled, then the amount authorized will NOT be charged. In other words, we may NOT charge for the funds to process into our Bank Account.
